Come preparare la ricetta Acciughe Tartufate
Dissalate con cura le acciughe sotto l'acqua corrente.
Eliminate testa e lisca, dividetele in filetti e
asciugateli bene. Pulite il tartufo e tagliatelo a
fettine sottili. In un vasetto di vetro disponete uno
strato d'acciughe, copritelo con uno di tartufo,
spruzzate con olio. Continuate a strati sino a
esaurimento degli ingredienti e condite con abbondante
olio. Lasciate insaporire tenendo in luogo fresco per
alcuni giorni. Vini di accompagnamento: Barbera D'Asti
DOC, Colli Martani Sangiovese DOC, Cilento DOC.
